Chapter 49 : Love Knocks You Down

He started to kick everything that was infront of him , he was mad
Victor thought that Layla would forgive him easy but she wouldnt give him this pleasure , at least not now.
While Tony were driving Chloe looked at Layla and said :




-He is a jerk , i dont know how he has the courage to come after you-
-Yeah he is really jerk , i dont want to speak with him because everytime i see him i remember about that girl and i'm sick of- Layla looked down
-I would be too - Chloe tried to smile.



Meanwhilee

Adrian and Nathan were playing resident evil



-Omg this is soo cool ,we should make a break though and eat something- Adrian suggested
-Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dude nooo i dont wanna stop- Nathan complained
-Oh really? i was going to ask you to show me Justin Green new Song but nevermind then- Adrian smiled
-JUSTIN GREEEN??AHh , you should of told me - Nathan pressed the pause buttom and went to get his Justin Green CD


Adrian started to wonder why Nathan was so obsessed about Justin Green and he decided to ask his friend


-Man , why you love Justin Green? i think he is sooo over rated , like he is stupid lets face it- Adrian said
-Well next time you say that i will CUT YOUR DICK OFF  but the reason why i love him is because he is my idol , he has such a great heart , i love when he take pictures with kids who are sick you know , i think he is veryy handsome too
-Oh dont worry i wont say anything bad about him but like man , i just think weird the fact that you never speak about girls and like you never told me who your crush is? like you like anyone?-

Victor decided to drive to the party
When he arrived their Layla Tony and Chloe where already there
Victor walked it furious and closed the door hard


-Damnn what happened-Mike said
-Give me a drink now-Victor said mad and  Mike got him a drink
-Layla wont talk to me-Victor said -I will try again-
-Why?-
-Cause if I dont I will get mad- Victor said and went to find Layla


The music was loud and the party was full would be pretty hard to Victor find Layla.
Layla was dancing holding a bottle of vodka.
Chloe , Tony and her were dancing

-I KNOOOOOW- Layla said loud dancing

Jonas was the first to see Layla. When he saw her he smiled.
He went to talk to her but in the middle of the way Victor touched his shoulder


-Where you think you going??- Victor asked him
-What??? dude say louder i cant hearr- Jonas said
-Ahhh shut up- Victor pushed Jonas and went to speak with Layla


When she was dancing , all of suddlen , she felt someone grabbing her arm


 -We need to talk- Victor said



Tony looked at Victor and came closer. He was really tall , anyone would be scared of him


-Leave her alone- he said
-I wont , she is my girlfriend- He said - can we talk???- he asked her
-Victor i dont wanna talk to you- Layla said
-Ahhh come on baby- he said
-Are you mental or something? the girl said no , she dont wanna talk to you- Tony said
-Shut up ....your gorilla- he looked at Layla
-God Victor what do you want to say your sorry? Was a mistake? You wont do again? What dont you understand we are over I dont want anything to do with you-Layla shouted
-I dont want anyone else Layla but you-he held her hand and Layla moved fast
-You had me so why did you cheat if I was the only one you want-
-What can I do???-
-Turn around and walk away-Layla smiled and turned her back to him
Victor walked away looking down

-Damnnn my fingers hurt-Adrian said
-Aghhhhh come on we cant lose diee-
-We've wonnn alot lets watch a movie-Adrian said
 -Dude dont be gaayy-
-Why not?- Adrian asked
-Because we can do better stuff like prank Chloe yeyeyeye- Nathan said
-Haha ok lets call her then - Adrian started to laugh - but what we are going to say
-Hmmm we should say how much she cost for a quickyyy- Nathan laughed
-Ahhh she will hang up- Adrian said

Nathan got his phone and called Chloe

Victor were really sad but he didnt want to show that to anyone so he started to make a mix of drinks , all the type of alchool drinks



-Dude slow down- Mike took of the cup of his hand - why do that? you wanna bang another girl and make things worse?
-I wont bang damn i really liked her and she is doing this to me,  you know what , i will get a girl and i will , just watch
Victor started to look around to find who he would choose , only to make Layla jealous because he knew deep inside she still loved him.

-Why? You wont  make her want you more- Mike said
-I dont know I neeed- Victor said


Meanwhile


Layla was getting more drunk and started to dance near guys
Then Jonas came over


-Hey Layla-he smiled
-Jonassssssss-Layla hugged him
-Woah excited to see me uh you look good-Jonas smiled
-Thanks you look hotttt as always-Layla laughed and touched his chest
-Wow you are drunk-Jonas sakd
-Nahhhhh-Layla laughed -lets dance she got hold of his hand-

Chloe was watching Layla and then her phone rang


-Hey Nathan-Chloe said
-Damn how do you know it was me?-Nathan said
-Because it says ita your number-she laughed
-Daaaaaaamn i forgot this detail- he rolled his eyes- where are youuuu
-Oh i'm at this party- she said
-And never invited us , such a kind gurl- Nathan said
-Aww im sorry , we came with Layla-Chloe said
-Oh really?? tell me allllllllllllllllllll the gossips- Nathan got excited
-Hahaha you are my gossip buddy , well like Victor like kinda begged to Layla be with him again but she kicked him was really awesome , Adrian would love that scene-

Chloe told Nathan all the stuff that were going on at the party.
Nathan and Chloe talked for a couple of minutes. Adrian was soo bored that he took a nap on Nathan’s bed.


-Guuurl , I’m shocked about everything you told me but can I tell you something?
-Sure Nathan what is?
-Layla is the cheapest girl I ever met  hahahahahaha but I like her- Nathan said 
-Hahaha i feel yah.....Well I need to hang up now , Tony wants to dance with me- Chloe said
-Tony? I thought you guys broke up-Nathan said kinda surprised
-Hmmm we are back together- she said
-Why?-  he asked
-Why you asking?- she started to smile
-He isn’t good enough for you- he was direct – you can get better
-Oh really? Like who?- she asked
-Hmmm , Mitchel? I already saw him checking you out many times- Nathan said
-Ewww nah , not him….
-Well anyways the point is , Tony is a big black niggah who deserve to date a Beyonce not you baby- Nathan said

-Bye Chloe- He hang up



Chloe put her mobile in her pocket and started to smile. Somehow she was feeling really happy and she couldn’t stop smiling. Chloe couldn’t explain why she was feeling in that way  but Nathan was making her belly full of butterflies.

Layla and Jonas were dancing and Layla was all over Jonas.

-God what a strong arm- she said laughing – hahaha I bet you work out allllllllllllllll dayyyy- she said
-Hehe I do when I have time- he said- I’m not that strong though
-Show me your six-pack then and I will judge- she winked
-Sure-Jonas raised his top and showed Layla his tummy
-Woaaah can I touch?- she asked

Layla started to touch his tummy

-Mmmmm delicious hahahaha – Layla was laughing loud
-Hahaha you really drunk uh?- Jonas said
-Naaah come , lets dance more- Layla and Jonas started to dance more

Victor were still trying to find a girl to spend the night , but it seems he wouldn’t be so sucessuful that night.

-Hey Cutie- Victor said
-Oh hi- Myriam said
-Hmm your face is really familiar to me. I’m just trying to remember from where….- he said
-Well  if that counts , you slept with me 3 months ago after Carter party and said you would call me so we could go out… but you never did!!!!
-Oh damn really? I’m so sorry!I must of be the most idiot guy ever for not calling you back , can I make up for you now and hmm maybe we could have some fun together?- he raised his eyebrow
-Nah but wait me call you , who knows- she winked and walked away


That was the first time that Victor got rejected by such type of girl.
Victor was the type of guy who never cared about the girls feelings , how they would feel if he hurt them or anything ; he simply used girls like toys , to make him satisfacted and nothing more.Therefore , Layla made him change his view about love and this same girl who made him change was the same girl who was making him taste the flavor of rejection.


Victor looked around and saw Jonas and Layla dancing really close. Their body was touching each other and Jonas couldn’t stop smiling. Victor thought about stopping him , about hitting Jonas till death but he couldn’t do that , Layla was clearly , she didn’t want Victor no more and the only thing Victor could do was accept her decision.
Victor decided to go home , without talking with anyone , he wanted to be alone when someone touchs him shoulder.


-Where do you think you are going??- Jade asked
-Jade? What you want?- Victor asked
-I want you- Jade came near him and started to bit his ear- come with me?? – she askedand held his hand


Later that night….



Chloe and Tony were laid on the sofa kissing and a few people were still in the living room , dancing and talking , others feeling sick outside while Layla and Jonas were alone in a bedroom sat on the floor speaking about life...

-Layla , you are really funny- Jonas said – why you telling me  all those things???
-I don’t know Jonas , like I don’t tell  people about my secrets , maybe only when I’m druuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunk hahahaha like now- she smiled
-You too drunk , you just told me when you were 5 years old you kissed a boy with tongue like you were too naughtyyyyy- Jonas smiled
-Hahahaha not naughty I just always loved to kiss- she smiled
-Oh I see , I like to kiss too and some girls say that I’m a good kisser- he smiled
-Hmm really? Can I try then and give my opinion?- she asked
-No- he said
-No? Hmm fine- she looked around
-Haha silly – he put his hand on her leg – I would love you to give your opinion

Jonas put his hand on Layla face and slowly started to kiss her lips…

Chloe was downstairs with Tony when she looked at the time and said:

-Jesus , its almost 3:00am , we need to gooooooo or mammy will kill meeeeeee- she said
-Ah Chloe , you aren’t a kid no more-Tony kissed her neck – you can sleep at my place
-No not at all , where is Layla??? I need to find her and then we go- Chloe got up
-Fine I will wait you two outside- Tony left

Chloe got her phone and texted Layla.

‘Where are you?? I’m tired and we should go home , meet me outside’



Layla and Jonas were still kissing when her phone vibrated.
They never stopped kissing. Jonas was enjoying every minute next to Layla , he never liked her so much but he felt really attracted



-Damn Layla , why you are so hot?- he asked
-You make me hot- Layla tried to take his top off
-I want …..- he kissed her and laid on top of her – I want youuuu…..now
-God- Layla was getting really warm and she kissed him back

Chloe was getting inpacient when she decided to call Layla.


-Ahhh – Jonas said
-Ops , sorrryy- Layla got the phone , she was going to turn off but she saw that was Chloe so she picked up

-Chloe?- she said
-Layla , come outside , me and Tony are waiting for you to go home- Chloe said
-Oh damn ok- Layla said 
-Ok bye


Layla turned off the phone and started to close her top that Jonas opened before.


-What? Whats going on?- he asked
-I need to go- Layla said
-Noooo don’t go , stay with me- Jonas started to kiss her
-I cant I cant- she said
-Please Layla…I will make worth it- he said
-Jonas you are amazing but I cant do this to you , I cant- Layla ran away.

Even drunk , Layla could still know what was right and what was wrong for her so she was glad that things with Jonas never got that serious…

Chloe and Tony met Layla outside.

-Damn sorry- Layla said , she was breathing fast
-With who you were Layla?- Chloe asked
-No one –Layla smiled
-Ah right , I bet she was with someone Chloe – Tony laughed
-Hahahaha shhhhhhh- Layla said and they went home.



Next morning….

Victor woke up and he was feeling soo tired as if he never slept much that night.
He started to move in the bed and put the pillow on his head when a female voice says:

-Did you slept good Victor?- Jade asked
-Oh God- Victor looked under the covers – whyyyyyy
-Why what baby? Last night was the best night ever- Jade touched his chest
-I cant believe we had it- he put his hands on his hair – I cheated Layla again… this must be a nightmare
-Cheated? Last night you told me you guys broke up- Jade said
-Yeah…..but I don’t remember anything Jade , how this happened?- he sat on the bed
-You were crying too much because of Layla so I told you to come here so we could have some privacy and I would take care of you as I did but then after some drinks we were kissing each other and now here we are- she said
-Well…
-I’m sorry , I think I never helped uh?- Jade said
-Nah don’t say sorry , I think I ruined everything with Layla so since that I know Layla wont ever be with me again , Jade , do you want to go out with me? – Victor asked her
-Oh….My…..God….- she said






It was 11:08am when Layla woke up , destroyed , completely dead as if she drank all the drinks of the party alone , with a major hangover.


-Damn , I swear I wont ever drink again- she said to herself.
Her room was a mess , shoes , clothes all over the floor.

She got her phone to see what time was and saw that she received many texts


‘I’m mortal…..hbu gurl?’- Chloe sent 9:06am
‘Layla , you looked beautiful last night xx’ – Jamie sent 10:33am

‘Hey Layla 
I know this is awkward but I just wanted to let you know that last night was one of the best nights of my whole life 
Call me when you get this’ Jonas sent 11:01am

‘Hey cousin 
Wanna come over my place tonight? We could play some poker like old times’ – Diego sent 11:09am

‘I miss you’ – Victor sent 11:28am

Of all the texts , the one that really made Layla’s heart hurt was the one from Victor…
Layla started to think if she should reply him or not….

-God what should I do? Should I reply or not? And if I reply what should I say?? and Jonas? oh my God...Jonas....- she touched her face


At the same time



Adrian was at home , helping his little brother to make a project for school.

-John , you should put this tower here so teachers would think that you are geek , just like your big bro-Adrian said
-Like William- John joked
-Yeah yeah William , oh well , I will go now- Adrian said
-Where ?
-I don’t know , outside…wanna come with me?- Adrian asked
-Sure , I will get my cars- John ran upstairs

Adrian’s mother saw the whole conversation between them and came to to talk to her son.

-Adrian , why you are soo sweet?- she asked
-Haha why you saying that mom?- he said
-You will take your brother to have fun with you , that’s very cute-
-Thanks mom- he smiled
-Look , your grandma called- she said – and she asked about you
-Really? Hmm I should call her back then – he said
-You should call now , she got a surprise for you- his mom said
-Really??? Haha ok but i think I will call her later because I wanna go outside and have a walk- he said
-Ok son , but don’t forget ok?- she said
-Sure- he smiled
-I will go to my cooking class tonight , do you want come with mommy?- she asked
-Cooking class? You never told me anything mom-
-Hmmm I think I told your brother , well I always wanted to learn how to cook those amazing cakes and pies …now I have the chance and I’m excited hahaha- Beth said – and guess what?i already made friends there-
-Really? That’s really really cool mom- Adrian smiled
-I know son, well I still need to do a thousand of things ,have fun Adrian- his mom said
-Ok mom I think I will go to Nathan’s.Tell John I take him outside later
-Ok Adrian byee bye—she said
-Byee love you
-Love you too dear-

Adrian went to Nathan’s house.

While Adrian was walking to Nathan’s place he found on the floor a necklace. It was new and Adrian started to think
‘Hmm weird that someone lost this , it seems expensive.’

Adrian got the necklace and put in his pocket and continued to walk.


Meanwhile

Layla decided to take a nice bath to relax , she was too stressed , many things were happening with her and around her , she really needed a time for herself.
Layla started to think about everything that was going on and in that private moment , Layla started to ask herself why Victor did such a thing…she still couldn’t believe it but the worst part was that Layla was feeling extremely guilty for kissing Jonas.
After a couple of minutes , Layla finished her bath and she went to her room to get changed. While she was getting dressed, her phone rang and it was Jonas.


-Layla , good morning- Jonas said
-Oh hey Jonas – she said
-I’m calling to know if you are alright- he said
-Aww yeah I’m- she said
-Good , that’s all what matter right?- he said and smiled at the other side of the line
-Haha sure how about you?
-I’m fine , I got a hangover but I’m feeling a little better-he said
-That’s good- Layla said
-Yep , even thought , I never slept last night- he said
-Why not?
-I couldn’t stop to think about you…
-Oh haha that’s cute- Layla said
-So , I was thinking if you want to meet tonight? We could go to a bar or cinema – Jonas said hoping that Layla wouldn’t say no
-Tonight? I don’t know Jonas , I’m really dead to be honest I don’t remember much about what happened last night…
-How come?- he asked
-Hmm all I remember is about me Chloe and Tony dancing hahahahaha God I got smashed- Layla said
-So you don’t remember about us?
-Hmmm no…what happened?- Layla lied to Jonas , she knew that wouldn’t be right lie to him but she never wanted to be with Jonas
-Never mind Layla
-Hmm ok , Jonas I need to hang up now , I call you later – Layla said
-Ok Layla , byee- he said
-Bye Jonas , thanks for calling

Layla felt kinda mean for doing this to Jonas but she was too confused. Deep inside Layla  wanted only one guy and this guy was Victor.
