Chapter 1: Feeling older

The phone ring’s


-Hello? – Adrian says
-Heey Adriaaaaan dudeeee how are you??- Nathan asks
-Im good you? – Adrian asked
-Im greeeeeeeeeeat really , excited for our first day tomorrow whoopppp –
-Hahaha same , I can’t believe  we are starting high school….like scary – Adrian said
-I know right , but look at the bright side , we won’t be the kids no more , we won’t get bullied or something , now is our tIme to be the big guys – Nathan said full of joy
-I hope so , I was sick of those high school  people making fun of us and shit –
-Yeah me too , so listen I got to go , my mom wants me to sleep early – Nathan said – damn , but like we can speak on Facebook if you likeee?
-Hmmm nah I think Im going to bed too Im tired, see you tomorrow then Nathan
-Ok then , let’s meet at the bus station right?
-For sure byee
-Byee



Adrian hang up the phone and laid on his bed. Adrian started to think about how High school would be , he was just too excited. Many people love High school because that’s the part of life that everything change , parties , girls , alcohol and much more. Therefore Adrian was pretty scared about what was about to happen.

Adrian tried to sleep but was too warm that night , he keep moving in his bed and he started to get annoyed since he wasn’t tired no more.

Adrian got his laptop and decided to go on Facebook to stalk those people that he knew that would study in the same school as hIm and Nathan.

He saw many status about high school like

‘As if Im going to high school tomorrow , doesn’t even feel like it’ – Marie status
‘Can’t wait for tomorrow’ – Brian status
‘Feeling old now that Im going to high school’ – Tommy status
‘High school tomorrow bleeeeh ………OH MY GODGGG JUSTIN GREEN IS MY IDOOL’ – Nathan status




Adrian , was one of those people who hated to post a status because some people would just make an argument of and he was sick of that. The only thing that he posted on Facebook was pictures of hIm and his family.
He was too bored , even on Facebook , so he decided to go to bed again….and this tIme he fell asleep really quickly.



Monday Morning

Someone opens the door slowly and touch’s his arm


-Adrian? Adrian? Wake up , you going to be late…- a female voice says
-Huh?- he said confused
-Son, it’s 7:00am , go get ready
-Oh ok , just more 5 minutes mom- Adrian asked and put the pillow on his head
-No no no , you already slept too much , come on , go to school…
His mom opened the windows and Adrian got mad
-Ahhhh mom , uncool!!! – he got moody – I hate that and you know it
-Go shower fast!! – His mom left the room

Everybody knows that is so hard to wake up in the morning , especially after holidays when you get used to sleep 2:00am and wake up 11:00am.
Adrian was a little dizzy , since he never slept good last night.

Meanwhile in another house ….

-Layla , did you got your books?
Layla was listening to her iPod so she never heard what her mother said
-Layla???Laylaaa???
-Argh mom whaat?? – Layla said moody
-Im speaking with you – her mother said
-Hmm I know but like don’t speak with me , you know I hate to talk in the morning – she said while eating her toast
-I just asked If you got your books
-Obvious I did mom gosh!! –
Layla got up and got her bag
-Come on Layla I will take you and your sisters to school – Her father said
-Alright , byee mom have fun  today-Layla said
-You too Layla – Her mom smiled and kissed all her daughters.

Today would be a really Important day , first day of school is always exciting , for everyone. New school , new teacher , new friends…. New drama…

Adrian met Nathan at the bus station in that morning as they planned.

-Morning sunshineeeeeeeeeeeeeee – Nathan shouted
-Morning man , like Im sooooo tired – Adrian complained
-Why??  Were you  talking with any cute chick last night uh uh? – Nathan winked
-None haha , I just was bored and like I was tired when we talked on the phone but then when I laid on my bed I wasn’t tired no more like shiiiiiiitttt
-Hahahaha this happens with me all the tIme , that’s why I got a cd about whales sounds
-Ehhh whales?
-Yeah , they sing  man , it’s magical – he blinked many tImes
-Aww magical – Adrian tried to copy Nathan
-HAHAHAHA YES!!!! Wow the bus is taking ages , I think we will be late – Nathan said
-Nah….oh look the bus is coming…-Adrian smiled

Adrian and Nathan got the bus which was pretty full. Of course that day would be kinda weird since the year started today to everyone. Nathan hate full buses , absolutely hate.
They stayed about 10 minutes on the bus and then they arrived at the school.
After leaving the bus , Nathan had to comment



-EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW – he said while walking
-What?? – Adrian asked scared
-Like …this guy next to meeeee , was smellinggg dirty assss hahahahaha sooo ewww….i think he pooped and forgot to clean hahahahahaa
-Oh my God , ewww- Adrian said
-DUDEEEE!!!! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO FAAAINT hahahahahaaa
-Well , he did a big shit then
-HAHAHAHA TRUEEE….LIKEEE maybeeee he farted but pooo cameee down his boxeeeeer
-Ehhhh it’s 7:36am and we are talking about poo yeyeye- Adrian gave hIm the look
-I know right , better than talk about food…mmmm Im hungry again ahhhh

Nathan and Adrian came in the high school. They were both excited of course , they would spend 3 long years of their lives there.
On every door , teachers put a list of the students that would be in each class.



-Ehhhh Adrian CHECK OUTT!!! – Nathan shouted
-What?? – Adrian said
Many people were in front of the doors to find their name in the list
-I think we are in the same class for math’s whooppp
-Serious?? – Adrian got super happy because he would still study with his best friend Nathan.
-Yess whooopp but I hate math’s man
-Oh me too , who likes math? No oneeee!!!! – Adrian joked
- I think they made this subject so people could fail – Nathan said
-Hahaha maybe –

Someone who was near them , heard Nathan comment and laughed


-So trueee – a boy said
-Yeah right – Adrian smiled
-So Im Tommy – he smiled and shook hands with Adrian and Nathan
-Nice Im Adrian – Adrian smiled
-And Im Nathaaan , nice to meet you Tommy – Nathan smiled
-Same here guys , so I think Im in the same class , math’s here we goo
-YEYEYEYYEE the best subject in the world- Nathan said
-Hahaha for sure – Tommy laughed
Tommy was new in that school too, he looked very nice but kinda like gangster , he was a black want tobe , he loved all the rappers , r&b singers , he actually talked like one but he was really nice and friendly.

Nathan , Tommy and Adrian came in the class and started to laugh


-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA- Nathan was laughing loud – I can’t believe will be only us here today , we are going to dieeeee – the class was empty
-Daaaaaaaaamn – Adrian said – I think they all stayed in bed sleeping
-Oh my God , we sooo should of done that craap!! – Tommy complained – I think I will go haha
-Whyy? And if teacher caught you?? – Adrian asked
-Nah I don’t think she will come either hahahaa
-Trueeee – Nathan said – let’s go too Adrian
-Nah I will stay , I want to learn – Adrian got his nerd glasses
-Oh ok , I will go home – Nathan smiled big – byeee bitch


When he just said that the teacher came in


-Morning class – she was really lovely and looked happy
-Morning – Adrian said
-So where the boys are going?? – the teacher asked smiling
-Hmmm just drink some water , it’s soooo hot – Nathan smiled
-Ok then , don’t take too long I will start the lesson in a few minutes , just let me turn on my laptop- the teacher smiled and Nathan noticed that her teeth were dirty , they were black

Nathan and Tommy left the class and Nathan said :


-Dudeeeeeee , the teacher got something on her teeth , did you saw?
-Noo , I didn’t
-Next tIme try to look at her teeth , I think Im crazy or else she doesn’t have good teeth or she just ate black beans in the morning
-Hahaha you funny man , let’s get some water

Meanwhilee

Adrian stayed in the class, he got his notebook , pen , pencil , eraser and also colored pens.
The teacher looked at hIm and he looked at her , they both smiled Immediately. Was kinda awkward since no one was there yet , Adrian was just thinking no one would show up and he would get private lessons that day but people started to come , 2 boys , 3 girls , then more 5 people , the class started to get full now , almost all the seats complete. Nathan and Tommy were back now and they both sat next to Adrian.


The teacher was about to start the class..


-So is everybody here? – she asked
-I think so teacher – someone said
-Ok , I will start the class but before I start I will explain to you guys how the math’s course will be…I hate when students come late to my class , I won’t allow anyone to come in the lesson if the I already started….i absolutely hate when this happen , it’s like ruin my day…
Someone opens the door and everybody looked at her. Probably because was Impossible to not to look at her. This girl came at school and she was, 5 minutes late and some people started to laugh…

-Sorry – she looked down
-Hmm it’s ok , can have a sit – the teacher said
The girl started to find a place to sit but she couldn’t find , she keep searching for a place while the teacher were still talking about her class rules
-I also don’t admit students eating in class , that’s why you guys have break and a really long break so I don’t accept anyone eating in the class…
The girl was still trying to find a seat and people couldn’t even pay attention at the teacher
-Excuse me? Can’t you find a desk? – the teacher asked
-Hmm sorry Mrs. – the girl said
-What’s your name?? – the teacher asked
-Layla – she said
-Oh ok…Im won’t forget – the teacher smiled
-OVER HERE!! –Chloe waved and helped Layla get a desk
After a couple of minutes the class finished. The teacher was really good , she gave them so much homework , was unreal.
Next class would be Science but in this class Nathan and Adrian wouldn’t stay together.

-Damn dude , we got separated now – Adrian said
-Awww don’t miss me too much hahaha let me check your list….hmm damn that Layla is in your class too- Nathan said
-Really?- Adrian said
-Yeah haha that’s cool , you should try be friends with her no joke
-Why?
-She seems nice , anyways I will go to mah class niggah , peaceee!!


Nathan left to try to find his class and Adrian went to his class. When he came in the class Layla was already there. He thought about waving to her but he started to think ‘i bet she wouldn’t recognize me from the other class so….’ He just sat on the desk.
Another class has gone by fast , the only difference was that the teacher was old and he talked weird , sometImes students couldn’t understand the words that he said which made the subject boring and hard.



Break tIme!

Adrian tried to find Nathan but he couldn’t , he walked to the cafeteria and nothing. Nathan weren’t anywhere.
When Adrian turns around and sees many people around Nathan.
Adrian goes around hIm.


-Nathan?? – Adrian says
-Heeey  Adrian , meet our new friends – Nathan started to point every person which was about 3 – this is Maya , she is from India yaya and this one is Jenny , a emo girl , and this guy is called Pablo from Spain
-Haha cool , Im Adrian – he waved
-Nice to meet you Adrian – Maya said – Salam
-Salam???
-ADRIAAN BABY , that’s hi in her language duuuuuuuh
-Oh sorry salam – Adrian said and smiled

While they were talking,  Layla went to the cafeteria. She got her launch and sat on table alone. Layla didn’t made many friends yet and Adrian felt bad for this…He didn’t knew why he was paying so much attention at her but he knew that Layla was a different girl. She was blonde , blue eyes , tall , nice skin , make-up , fancy clothes … Adrian felt like he always knew Layla , since the first tIme that he saw her.

-Hey Layla remember me? – someone waved at her
-Oh hi  and hmm from math’s class?– Layla said
-Hahaha exactly , Im the one who helped you to find a place to sit haha , my name is Chloe – Chloe smiled
-Nice to meet you Chloe ,Im Layla as you know – Layla smiled – I think the whole class knows me now since I did the good job of coming late
-Yeah but don’t worry , Mrs. Jones isn’t that bad , she was my teacher before – Chloe smiled
-Oh serious? Like I don’t give a damn about teachers , they are just miserable haha – Layla said
-True , so do you mind if I sit here with you?
-Not at all Chloe – Layla smiled

Adrian got happy to see Chloe getting closer of Layla , at least she wouldn’t be alone. Nathan noticed that Adrian couldn’t stop to stare at Layla , he usually never do that with anyone so Nathan said:
-Adrian can we talk in private?
-Sure – Adrian raised his shoulders – what you want?
-Whats’ going on?? You keep looking at that blonde girl from math’s class – Nathan said worried –
-Im not looking – Adrian lied , he didn’t want to admit. Adrian turned around to look at Nathan
-Yes you were , like man it’s our first day of high school , so many hottie’s here
-Yeah you are right , it’s just I felt weird when I saw her , like she is too beautiful and I don’t know , she looks perfect just like a model – Adrian said
-Model? Dude she is normal – Nathan said – well that’s what I think
-Yeah yeah whatever…- Adrian turned around to try to find Layla but she was gone

The Bell Rang , the Break was Over!!


-Hahaha ok listen we should go to class we will have English class now  and I want to get nice seats leggo?- Nathan said



Nathan and Adrian said bye to everybody and went to their class. When they came in the class Layla and Chloe were already there. Adrian heart was beating extremely fast , his heart literally skipped a beat.
When they saw them , Chloe and Layla smiled and they smiled back and sat on their desk.
Layla looked at Chloe and started to laugh


-What Layla?? – Chloe asked
-Like , this guy wearing glasses – Layla was trying to hold the laugh but she couldn’t
-What about hIm? – Chloe whispered and Looked at Adrian
-He is in every class that I go , like is he stalking me or something ? hahaha – Layla was red
-Ouchhh maybeee hahaha – Chloe laughed too

After 5 minutes , one of the students came in the class. His name was Jason and he was in the second year of high school. He came to invite some students to a huge welcome party that we was going to host.
The first people that he found in the class and that would be obviously invited was Layla and Chloe

-Hello Gorgeous Girls welcome to Saint George High School haha , my name is Jason and Im student of second year – he smiled big.
-Hi Jason – Layla smiled
-Heeey – Chloe said – I know you , you are Victors friend right?
-That’s right – Jason smiled
-Victor? – Layla asked
-Yeah he will study with us though – Chloe said – really popular kid
-Haha yeah , he missed first day of school – Jason commented
-Awww I wonder why – Chloe said
-Maybe because he is popular and he don’t need to waste his precious tIme here?- Layla said sarcastically
- Hahaha he is popular but dumb , he failed last year so he is doing again- Jason said
-Wow…- Layla said – what a jerk
-Hahaha yeah just don’t tell hIm that – Jason winked
-Why not? – Layla asked
-Because he knows how to be mean , anyways , I don’t have much tIme I just want to invite you both to come to my party , it’s going to be siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick , best party of the year…haha joke  , just the best party of the week probably – Jason smiled
-Oh thanks – Layla got the invitation
-Yeah so you guys will come?- Jason asked
-Hmmm – Layla never knew what to say
-We are defiantly going – Chloe answered for them
-Ok then, I hope to see you both there byee – Jason went to speak with more people


Layla and Chloe got really excited about this party , after all , would be a chance of almost all the students of the school to meet each other and Layla couldn’t wait for this.
Adrian and Nathan never got invitations and they were wondering why…
