Later that Day



Adrian ,Nathan and Chloe went to Sara’s place to meet her to talk about the day at the water park.



-So people , lets talk about the water park- Nathan said at Sara’s living room – I think it will be a magic day and we all will be very happy but we must to decide together when we are going?
-Hmmm I think we should at least know how the weather will be before saying what day we want?- Sara suggested
-That’s a good idea Sara- Adrian said
-Aw thanks – Sara smiled at Adrian
-I think maybe we should go on Thursday?- Chloe suggested
-Nah gurl , that’s like a week from today , we cant wait sooo long ,well I cant wait that long- he winked
-Like What day you guys can?- Adrian asked
-I can any- Sara said
-I can only Monday , thurday and Saturday- Chloe said
-DAAMN Chloe!!!- Nathan shouted – you too busy
-Hahaha nah , I just like to go out with parents , do kicking boxing and etc.
-Like maybe we could go on Monday then? First reason is because is soon , second because we will just start the holiday soo we have the other days to do homework
-Yeah- Sara agreed
-Ok then Monday morning – Nathan concluded - Maybe we should rent a van to take us to the park?
-Dad could take 3 of yous in his car- Chloe said
-Welll I think many parents would have to take us and stuff that’s just too awkward- Nathan said – we need to go alone , like get a bus or van
-Yeah and if we go by bus be more cheap- Adrian said
-But I hate buses- Chloe said – I rather car
-Guuurl , don’t be hard come on-


Chloe phone started to ring and she picked up


Chloe looked at Sara and asked if Layla could come and obvious that Sara agreed


-She said yes Layla- Chloe said
-Alright I be there in 15 mins byeee gurl- Layla said
-Byeeee



When Chloe hang up the phone she looked at Adrian.


-She is coming- Chloe smiled
-Really?- Adrian got so happy
-Yeah , I bet she will help us to decide stuff ,Layla is so wiser- Chloe said
-You talk about her as if she was an icon for you- Nathan commented – its scary , i dont agree with you..
-Hahaha she isn’t but I wish I was like her- Chloe made sure
-Well I will make some juices for us while Layla dont come- Sara got up and went to the kitchen
-I will help gurl- Chloe followed


Nathan and Adrian looked at each other and Nathan started to smiled

-What??- Adrian asked
-You….like you always meet the girl , everywhere you go she is there ,  like hey this must be a sign….i just don’t know if is good or bad sign
-Shhhhh- Adrian said - you annoy me sometimes
-MEE????- Nathan got shocked -i'm your baby , you cant bring me down like that snifffff
-Ahhh shhh gay- Adrian laughed

After a couple of Minutes Layla finally came over Sara’s place.



She knocked on the door and Sara opened



-Hey you , we were waiting for yah- Sara said
-Really?- she came in- am I that important?
-Of course hehehehehhehehehehe – Sara said

Layla and Sara went to the living room and there was Nathan , Adrian and Chloe sat on the floor talking about religion



-I don’t agree with that religion but I respect you know- Chloe said
-Yeah me too- Nathan commented
-I think everybody should have a religion , because when you use your faith you can go to anywhere you want , you can be who you want and to be honest , doesn’t matter your religion , if you have the power of faith inside of you nothing can go wrong- Adrian said
-Ehhhh yous are talking about religion???- Layla said surprised- I thought we would speak about water park. -She sat next to Chloe
-Heey Layla , like we will talk about the park of course but we were waiting for you guuurl , so like any suggestions?- Nathan asked Layla
-Hmm I don’t know about what you guys already talked but I suggest we go right nooooowww- Layla said
-Hahahaha- Chloe laughed loud
-AGREED- Nathan said – let me get my shorts and we can go- he smiled
-No serious , tell me who is going ?- she asked
-Us and a couple of nerds and Victor if you want – Nathan smiled and looked at Adrian
-No…not Victor- Layla said
-Are you guys back together?- Adrian asked
-Yeah we are together again ,by the way , thanks Adrian …like I think If you never told me those things I wouldn’t ever be with him again but you opened my eyes- she smiled
-Hahaa- Nathan laughed and then regretted it immediately
-Whats funny?- Layla asked
-Nothing I just hate your boyfriend , but who doesn’t?- Nathan asked
-Ehhhh- Layla said
-Nathan , come on- Adrian said
-Layla , you are doing a hugemistake ever...- Nathan couldnt help  himself
-Why?- she asked
-Because- Nathan never knew how to say – because he is bad for you ,  bad romance girl
-Don’t be nosey- Layla said – its my life , my business , to be honest , I think I will go- she got up
-Nooo Layla don’t- Adrian said straight away
-Why would I stay here and hear shit?- she looked at Nathan
-He is only trying to help in his way- Adrian said
-No im off bye- Layla walked away and Chloe looked at Nathan madly. She got up to run after Layla but Adrian stopped her
-Let me go and talk to her, I be right back- Adrian ran after Layla.



Chloe looked at Nathan again and said:


-Dude , why tell her that?-
-Like someone needs to tell her the truth , that’s what friends are for.-Nathan said

Adrian ran fast to find Layla , she was walking when he shouted:


-Layla wait- he ran after her – damn you walk fast
-Oh what you want?- she was a bit rude
-I’m sorry about Nathan , he don’t understand- Adrian said
-Neither do you , no one understand , because they don’t know how amazing Victor is
-Maybe he is only amazing infront of you…maybe behind your back he isn’t- Adrian said
-What you mean?- Layla asked
-Guys will always be good because just want one thing , they want to take girls to bed and that’s it- Adrian said his opinion- they want to use girls
-Yeah? Victor isn’t like that
-Layla , deep down in your heart you know I’m right , you know that theres other guys who can treat you better and give you more love Layla…- Adrian said

Adrian got in silence , he never knew what to tell her. Was hard to be stand infront of her telling those things , he hated…

-Tell me Adrian , what type of friend are you who like to put me doubts?look I wont go to this stupid water park with you and your little geek friends and forget about the science classes , I rather fail- Layla walked away



Adrian never said anything or stopped her from walking way , he never had a good argument to make her to stay


‘Layla , when will I have the courage to tell you how much I wanted you in my arms? How much I wanted to kiss your lips? I would pay all the money in the world only to be with you….’ Adrian thought



Adrian turned around and walked back to Sara’s place.

-You see – Nathan looked at Chloe – Layla isn’t nice , I seriously don’t like her
-Nathan you cant talk like that about her!! – Chloe defended – you don’t even know her
-Ahhh , i dont know her but i know her type...-Nathan got his bag-  I think was a bad idea invite her to the park , she ruined everything
-Don’t say that Nathan- Sara said – I bet she never meant the things she said
-Sara like…Layla is the type of girl who will always be uncool no matter what- Nathan said

Adrian came in the house and everybody looked at him.

-Well…- he said – she said she don’t want to go to the water park anymore
-Yeyeyeey- Nathan celebrated and Chloe gave him the look
-Well done Nathan – Chloe said mad – that’s great , I think I wont go either…
-Same – Sara said
-Oh so everybody is like rejecting the tickets?- Nathan looked at Adrian- come on Adrian , lets go find real friends who wont get offended by the truth
-Nathan don’t be so harsh , like lets not fight- Adrian tried to make things better – we will go the park only to have fun that’s all
-We cant go to the park if Nathan act like this Adrian- Sara said
-Ahhh- Adrian complained
-Adrian , lets go seriously , I’m tired of bitches in my life- Nathan opened the door and walked away
-Oh my God Nathan…..- Chloe started to shake her head
-Sorry girls- Adrian went after Nathan

Nathan was furious , since everybody was sad over the fact that Layla wouldn’t go to the water park with them anymore and he felt that his friends were blaming him.

-If shit happens whos fault?? Nathan WHEEEEEYYYYYYYY my luck-Nathan said
-You are a drama queen- Adrian said – why you said those things to Layla?
-You wanna defend her? YOU RATHER HER THAN MEEEEEEEEEEH?

-Noooo shut up leave me alone THE WATER PARK TRIP IS CANCELLED I wont take anyone , not even you…- Nathan walked away and went home.



What was suppose to be a fun time was like nightmare. Adrian felt bad for everything and he went home thinking about what he could do to make things work again…
Layla never went home , she was tired of everything and everyone. She decided to knock on her cousin’s door

-Hey Diego- Layla smiled
-Hey Cousin , what you doing here?i’m going out soon- Diego said
-Where?
-I will see a mate who is at hospital- Diego said – he got a shot
-Oh my God really?- Layla said
-Yeah , but like he did bad things too , he was going to buy drugs from a dude at this party but then police came and got him and gave him a shot , his name is Mendes
-Wow weird oh well he is going to be alright?-Layla asked
-Yeah- Diego said – but come on in- he smiled
-Like I’m sorry for coming here without calling first but I really needed to be with someone who would do my head in- she said
-Whats the problem? Is Victor again?- her cousin asked
-Welll , everything annoys me , I think I’m too stressed…like my mom stress me and teachers and mates and boyfriend like argh
-I know what you mean….like that would be a good moment to travel and have fun you know , like why don’t you go to this night club with me??-Diego had the great idea- then you can relax

-Haha think and then call me ok?well Layla I need to go visit my mate , I will take you home-

Victor was back home. The first thing that he did was to go to his room to see if Layla was there…

-Layla??? Layla??- he shouted
-She isn’t here- Paul said
-Where is my girlfriend?- Victor asked
-She woke up and left- Paul said
-Daaamn I think I will go see her- Victor said
-Ok son- Paul said holding his newspaper
-Ehhh don’t call me son- Victor said – I hate when you do that
-Victor , I’m your step-father
-Not yet bro- Victor got his phone and jacket and left again

Victor decided to go to Layla’s house and make her a surprise. He wasn’t the type of the cheesy boyfriend , who gave his girlfriend flowers and chocolate but he loved to do unexpected things for the people he actually liked…So before going to see Layla , Victor stopped at this small store to buy her a gift….

Layla came back home and her mother was cleaning the living room.

-Hey mam- Layla said
-For God sake , are you Layla? My daughter Layla???- her mother asked
-Ehhh- Layla said
-You never come home anymore , I thought you moved out- her mother said
-Don’t annoy mother- Layla said back
-Someone got you flowers – Her mother pointed at a bullet of roses
-Oh my God , who??- she asked
-Guess- her mother said smiling
-Victor??- Layla was smiling- awww he is soo cute
-Has a card look- Her mother gave the card that said :


Today it’s been 2 years since we first met
I can say with all my heart that i don’t regret it of anything that happened to us
Those roses will get dry and die soon

Layla smiled when she read the card and then she looked at her mother

-Let me see Layla- her mam said
-Mam , Jimmy thinks that he will get me back but he is wrong- Layla put the flowers on the table
-But Layla , what he did  was so cute- her mother said
-So? He hurt me too much and I wont allow him do that again- Layla said serious
-Its up to you- her mother said – but you know my friend Catherine got a single son , we could arrange for you guys meet uh uh what you tell me?- her mother winked
-Mother!!!!! NOOO I’m taken!!!
-Again? I thought you and that perv broke up- her mother said
-He isn’t perv and like arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nevermind- Layla went to her bedroom
-Ahhh teens….- her mother said and continued to clean.


Layla went to her room and went to bed. She got her laptop and went to check her Facebook as she did everyday.
She noticed that she had 3 inboxes.

Layla was hoping that Victor would of inboxed her or texted but he never , she was starting to get worried about him and think a thousand of things…

‘Yeah Victor never called me or anything , that’s a good sign? We slept together and when I get up he isn’t there , he don’t talk or even text that’s soo weird….why  I’m feeling so insecure? I don’t trust him as before….i feel lonely , sometimes I wish I could just disappear…’ Layla thought
