The lesson finished and Adrian started to put his books back inside his bag when the teacher said
-Oh i forgot to say , this year you guys will work in teams – she said -I want you guys to divide and get your partners and tomorrow i will tell more about the project but for now would be nice to get your partners as soon as possible
Layla looked at Chloe and thought ' she is nice but i don’t think i will get a nice grade doing the project with her'
Layla looked behind and saw Adrian and he was looking back at her so she kinda smiled and Adrian kinda melted. Adrian smiled back thinking ‘oh my God will she ask me to be my partner??’
-Layla can me and you go together I already know we will make a great team-Victor smiles
-Oh I thought you would go with Chloe so I was gonna ask that guy over there- she pointed at Adrian
-Nah babe you don’t want to hang around with people like that do you want your high school life to be hell-Victor laughed. Layla laughed too
Adrian heard all of this and got hurt

So was break time and Nathan and Adrian were sat on the table eating their launch

Adrian looked around and he saw a girl with black hair , glasses and kinda over weight ed girl looked at hIm all the time

Tommy came to sit with them

Adrian decided to get up and get some juice

Nathan started to think how he would tell Adrian about the drinks part , Adrian wouldn’t want to go to the party. So Nathan decided to keep as secret till the day party.
Meanwhile whilst Adrian was getting some juice he saw Layla get food and talking to Chloe
-Gosh all this food will make me fat-Layla said
-So choose pasta- Chloe smiled

And the dinner nanny said -well you wouldn’t want any would you-

The day passed fast and was tIme to go home
Nathan was waiting Adrian outside when Nathan saw finally , who Victor was
-So Layla - Victor and Layla were talking in front of the school - You are really nice and i think we will have fun doing the project together

-So you want me to take you home? - Victor asked
-Thanks but I will walk by myself-she smiled

Victor walked Layla to the car -Wow nice car- she said

Adrian and Nathan where waiting for the bus
-Damn I have work to do already in history I got to partner with Chloe Layla’s friend-Adrian said

They left bus and went home.
When Adrian came home his mom was cooking as always

Layla felt good being in the same car as them, they were really popular…

Victor parked his car in front of Jason's house

-Oh thanks mom but we got a problem , all my clothes are old and i need new clothes as soon as possible , i don’t want to look like a jerk -
-Ok don’t worry ,tomorrow i will take you to mall - she said
-Thanks mom you are the best - he hugged his mom and ran to his room
Adrian got really excited about the party. He decided to go on his laptop and see if there was a group for this party but there wasn't he thought ‘damn….’
Then on his new feeds on Facebook , it said that Nathan was now friends with Layla
He got shocked. This was 9hours ago why didn't he tell him
So then Adrian decided to go for it and add Layla, he did.
Meanwhile
Layla decided to ask Victor why he has to do the year again
-Well cause Im stupid and the teachers don’t like me so-
-And you never tried-Layla laughed. Victor smiled too
-I only try for the things I want-he looked at her
Victor finally parked infront of Layla's house
-Wow your house is beautiful - Victor said
-Oh my God - she said smiling

Layla left the car feeling so happy , Victor made her feel different and special.
When Layla opened her door her mother shouted:

-Yeah mom- Layla said-

Layla rolled her eyes and went to the kitchen to talk to her mother.
-What you want mother? – Layla asked
-Hmm you came home fast….did you came home by walking? – her mother gave her the look

Her mother got really mad and she said :
-OH MY GOD – she screamed loud – GO RIGHT NOW TO YOUR ROOM AND DON’T LEAVE TILL I ALLOW YOU
-SURE WILL BE A PLEASURE – Layla ran to her bedroom.
She went to her room and locked her door and jumped on her bed. She got her laptop since she had many research to do but before she starts she went on her Facebook account to check out the news.
Like the day before , many people added Layla , she was getting popular day by day. She got surprised by how many people added her , more than 30 today.
-Wow , Im really getting soo popular haha well some of those people look soo weird , I will add them later , let me try find Victor Facebook…
Later that day…
Adrian was in his room , doing his homework but he was too curious to know if Layla added hIm or not. He checked Facebook like 2 tImes and nothing.
This tIme while turning pc on , he was thinking with hImself ‘ I bet she added me , we are in almost all lessons together , will be soo cool when she add me’
Adrian was excited. When he logged in he saw 1 notification and his heart started to beat fast….
‘YES , Layla ADDED ME’ – Adrian thought with hImself but when he clicked to see about what the notification was he got disappointed , someone sent hIm a request to play Farm Ville.
Adrian got extremely upset , it’s been ages that he added Layla and she never added hIm. He decided to call Nathan.

-Ahh Im doing English homework …like ahhh I hate that teacher , stupid old man I hope he gets sick and get lost of the school – Nathan said

-Well , my mom said she would take me , maybe you would come with us? – Adrian asked

-Of course , I had to ask her if I was allowed and she said yes but like I don’t want to go now
-Whyyyyyyy stupid? – Nathan was getting mad – like theres no reason to miss this party , this is the chance of making new friends , having fun you know so why reject?

They got in silence for a couple of seconds till Adrian tell Nathans what was going on
-Ahh ok I will tell you why I changed my mind , but first I need to ask you something…- Adrian said

-Why never told me you added her?

In the exactly moment that Adrian sent a ‘ hey ‘ to Layla she got offline
-Oh damn she got offline – Adrian said

Adrian started to look at Layla pictures and he smiled. Layla was so pretty , he never thought anything like this of any other girl. It’s like he waited his whole life to find her. Adrian even stalked the groups that she liked on Facebook and he laughed when he saw weird group like ‘ Im scared of the dark’ , ‘i love my best friends’ , ‘I wish I could live at the beach’ , ‘ cuddling with special people’ , ‘I wish I was taller’ .
It’s funny how you can know a lot about someone by internet , sometImes there’s more information’s on websites than any other place. Today people don’t need to meet , to look in each other’s eyes to tell them how they feel , internet made everything more easy and faster but at the same tIme people are just getting distance of each other in the real world and that’s the worst part.
After a couple of minutes on her profile , Adrian saw that Layla was online again but she never replied hIm. He got mad and got offended by that and decided to turn off his laptop and sleep.
He looked at the clock and got shocked , it was almost 1:00am.
Adrian went to bed and fell asleep.
